1vyG
is an annual conference put on by Ed Mobilizer. 1vyG is the largest conference for first-generation, low-income students (FGLI) in the world. Historically, the conference has served as a space for first-generation, low-income students to connect and empower one another.
After being on hiatus for the last 2 years, 1vyG is returning and SES is excited to work toward selecting a delegate of students to attend this conference. All expenses are paid by SES, a result of generous donations. All students are welcome to apply, but this experience is particularly sophomores and juniors already involved in FGLI community-based work or scholarship.
