How to Apply

We are so excited you are considering SAW! The SAW Application is at the bottom of this page! Before you apply please review:

• Summer Academic Workshop page to ensure you are aware of the eligibility requirements and important dates. 
• The SAW Selection Process, listed below.

SAW Selection Process

1. Week of May 12, 2025 | SAW application opens, and information sent via email to students’ Â鶹´«Ã½ email. The email will come from the admissions email account.   
2. Monday, June 2, 2025 | SAW application is due and must be completed fully by 11:59 pm  
3. Friday, June 6, 2025 | Applicants notified about their application status 
4. Tuesday, June 10, 2025 | Applicants selected must accept or decline their spot in SAW

SAW Application  

The SAW Application collects basic information and has an essay portion. Below are the essays: 

1. Reflect on you high school experience and how you envision your time in college.  How do you hope SAW can support your transition to Â鶹´«Ã½. (max. 200 words)  
2. When you reflect on starting your time at Â鶹´«Ã½, what are you most excited about and what do you have the most questions about? (max. 200 words)
