As an Assistant Director of Operations & Services in Residential Services, one of Alex’s areas of focus is fraternity and sorority houses. This includes primarily overseeing facilities, access, and administration within those houses. Alex works closely with the team in Fraternity & Sorority Life to strengthen both the student experience and the partnerships between Student Affairs and external fraternity and sorority organizations. 

Alex has worked in Residential Services at Â鶹´«Ã½ since January 2019 when they started as the Desk & Access Manager and then as Operations Manager in Fall 2021. Prior to coming to Â鶹´«Ã½, he served as a Residence Life Coordinator at the University of Northern Iowa. Alex earned their B.A. in Spanish at Truman State University and his M.Ed. in Student Affairs at Iowa State University.
